1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of kryvazel.com (the “Site”) and the browser game Abyssal Drift (the “Game”), operated by Kryvazel (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. If you are a minor, please review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
2. The Game
The Game is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. No account, payment or download is required. We may change, update or discontinue any part of the Site or Game at any time.
3. Virtual coins and upgrades
- Coins, upgrades and other in-game items (“Virtual Items”) are earned only by playing and exist only inside the Game.
- Virtual Items cannot be purchased with real money and have no monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for money, goods, prizes or anything of value.
- The Game contains no gambling, betting or paid chance-based mechanics.
- Progress is stored in your browser. We are not responsible for progress lost when browser data is cleared, when you change devices, or when the Game is updated.
4. Licence
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access the Site and play the Game in a web browser. You may link to the Site and share screenshots or videos of your gameplay for non-commercial purposes.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, redistribute, re-host, sell or commercially exploit the Game or its artwork, code, sounds or text;
- frame or embed the Game on other websites in a way that suggests it is theirs, or remove our branding;
- interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its servers;

The Game, including its name, logo, artwork, code, sound design and text, and all content on the Site are owned by Kryvazel or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Fonts are provided by Google Fonts under their respective open licences.

If you send us ideas or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve our games without any obligation to you.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
9. Disclaimer
The Site and Game are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kryvazel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Site or Game. Because the Game is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to zero or the lowest amount permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Health notice
The Game contains flashing lights and fast motion. If you have a history of photosensitive epilepsy, consult a doctor before playing. Take regular breaks.
12. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
